The Rheo-Pro® N04 hot runner nozzle is ideal for direct gating small to micro sized plastic parts (0.005 - 20 grams). An 18mm nozzle spacing, with valve gates or thermal gates, allows for compact multi-cavity molds. Valve gating delivers crisp, clean gate marks of 0.7 mm - 1.0 mm diameter with zero gate vestige.
